We don't pack on weekends or statutory holidays. An order placed Friday evening leaves Tuesday at the latest.

Across Canada — 3 to 7 business days after it ships, depending on your province. Rural addresses take longer than city ones.

Candy travels badly in extreme weather. Chocolate melts above 25 °C and gummies harden below freezing. We pack for the season, but we can't control a truck that sits in the sun.

Check your address before you pay — it's the one thing we can't fix once the box is with the carrier.

If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or wrong, we refund the candy but not the shipping, and sending it again is charged again. Write to us the moment you notice: if the box hasn't left, we correct it for free.

Tracking says delivered but nothing is there? Check with your neighbours and your building first — it happens more often than you'd think.

If it's still missing after 48 hours, write to us with your order number.
